An Entrepreneur's Anguish

So, I'm in the process of starting my Facebook page and Twitter account management service and this is proving to be much tougher than I thought it would be. You have to understand, I'm starting out on my own and everything I do, including actually managing the Twitter accounts and Facebook pages is done manually by me. I made a promise to myself that I would bootstrap the entire business until I got some really good traction, unlike other business endeavors I've undertaken. Not even a month since I've committed myself to this business and already two clients have flaked out on me. And, mind you, my prices are really low. I've been looking into other Facebook/Twitter services and their charges run up into the hundreds of dollars a month. And, these clients were not exactly easy to find.

I understand that this service could be considered a frivolous expense for many small businesses and it's starting to make me question the viability of the business model. But, the demand is clearly there. I'm not giving up and I think I'm going to at least invest in a bit of advertising and come up with a business name and blog(through Blogger at first to save money). Then see where it goes.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated at this point.
